Life and everything in between :-)

I have been n thinking a little about relations off late. Late twenties does that to you I guess, and it is easy for every other conversation to disembark at the point of life-partners, relationships, marriage. Whether it’s at the dinner table, a casual conversation at your yoga class, an evening out with a bunch of old friends and cousins, or banter with a colleague , everybody wants to steer the topic of talk to a man they think I may be interested in, or then where the mystery man is.

I have looked long and hard at the relationships around me be it my close friends, cousins, and had the chance to chew over what I wanted. I want someone to live with, someone to spend a Sunday evening with, someone who enjoys my insanity, someone who listens to my crazy talks and someone to cook for. I want someone with whom I can walk barefoot on the beach and look at the stars, travel the world with, and meet each of my dreams with.

But these days I fail to understand looking at people why don’t they try to understand their spouse or partner in a relationship be it marriage, courtship or dating? I think each and every relationship needs to nurture and bloom into something beautiful. Each and everyone relation needs understanding, acceptance, support and fine-tuning for it blossom. These days people fall short to understand that and instead of handling it peacefully they handle it with annoyance, stress and negativity...which forces them to end something beautiful which started on a beautiful note.

Try looking at life and relations with positivity and never vent out venom& malice on your significant another. I don’t want to sound like an agony aunt or some counselor here but try looking at things from all perspectives and see how beautiful this roller coaster thing called life would be :-)

Just had this thing in my head so thought why not put in on my blog.

Stay happy and spread a ray of happiness everywhere you go
